MELINDA SINCLAIR

Big question:

How can we continuously grow ourselves to meet the adaptive challenge posed by the demands of our complex, ever-changing world – while maintaining a state of well-being?

Teaching strengths:

Helping others develop broader perspectives and deeper insights into themselves and their world. Distilling vast amounts of information and complex concepts into simple and practical frameworks, models and tools that can support leaders and coaches. Intuitive and practical about how best to support other’s deep learning process.

Professional credibility:

A lifetime of experience working and leading and coaching in knowledge-based environments. Twenty years of coaching and coach training experience around the world. One of the first coaches to be awarded the Chartered Business Coach (ChBC™) designation by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Beyond work:

Enjoying being a life partner, mother, grandmother, and friend. Enjoying the delights of the mind through reading and reflecting and conversation.  Enjoying the senses through food, music, art and nature.

DOROTHY GREENAWAY
Master Certified Coach

Big question:

How do we bring the best of ourselves and our experience, and blend it with who we need to be, how we need to think and the skills we need to hone, to excel as leaders/coaches?

Teaching strengths:

Creating a safe place for leaders/coaches to experiment, practice, stretch thinking and take action. Dorothy provides a special blend of encouragement, pointed and thoughtful insights and practical feedback that facilitates deep self awareness, enhances “other” awareness and broadens perspective to consider the whole context in which you need to be successful.

Professional credibility:

A former executive with rich experience in coaching and developing leaders from a wide range of industries across the globe. One of the first coaches in Canada to gain the designation Master Certified Coach from the ICF and has mentored hundreds of coaches towards their professional credentials.

Beyond work:

You will find her outdoors and in motion, playing platform tennis, white water canoeing, golfing, snowshoeing, enjoying her cottage with loved ones, and travelling the world in search new  sights and sensations.

CRYSTAL CAMPBELL
ACPC, PCC

Big question:

How do we leverage our strengths to be at our best? What is our running, inner narrative – our beliefs, our assumptions, our stories – that can move us to a place of possibilities and propel us, like a jolt of Red Bull, to actualize our potential?

Teaching strengths:

Converts complex concepts and abstract ideas into digestible bits and conveys them succinctly. Empowers, equips and expands the viewpoints and perspectives of others through intentional conversations. Playful, inquisitive, lover of metaphors who facilitates insightful learning with a dose of humour.

Professional credibility:

Developing coaches and leaders since 2009 as a Coaching Faculty Member at two ICF certified training facilities. Seasoned at teaching, mentoring, supervising and adjudicating certification exams. Coaching leaders, executives and professionals since 2005 in a range of industries. Coaching sweet spot: Conversations that centre on smart career shifts and sustainable leadership changes.

Beyond work:

Burgeoning Ukulele player, traveller, creator and grasper of beauty, life partner to Doug, continual spiritual student and seeker.

MAGGIE DISTASI
Professional Certified Coach

Big question:

How does the way we think and feel influence our perspectives of reality, what is possible for ourselves, and our confidence to act?

Teaching strengths:

Holding an open, non-judgmental space for exploration and insight creation.  Inviting connections between seemingly unrelated factors to derive new meaning and inspiration.  Teasing out the essential aspects of situations to increase self-trust and the capacity to know what to do next.

Professional credibility:

Nearing a decade of professional coaching experience specializing in career transition and leadership coaching.  Follows her own significant transition from a successful first career in financial technology management.  Adler Certified Professional Coach and ICF Professional Certified Coach.  Applied Mindfulness Meditation Specialist, University of Toronto. 

Beyond work:

Maggie is happiest hiking the Bruce Trail or swimming in any body of water, preferably accompanied by her husband and Aussie Shepherd.  On any other day she’s working on her book about the ongoing nature of career transition and opportunities to create positive change in every moment.

ENIS ARSLAN
Professional Certified Coach

Big question:

How can we create a sense of inner peace and fulfilment while balancing the demands of our outer world and the systems in which we serve and lead?

Teaching strengths:

Enis’ purpose is to “touch the heart of people”. He brings his own big heart to his work with leaders and coaches and is committed to supporting them in making the mind-heart connection. He has a great sense for what a person needs to engage in deep learning, to gain awareness and insights to make change.  His presence, flexibility and trust in people and the process inspire and motivate those he touches.

Professional credibility:

Enis has nearly 20 years of leadership experience in various roles including marketing, sales, human resources, training and management. Enis’ wisdom as a leader, trainer and mentor of new coaches comes from having practical on the job learning experiences in a range of global companies in Turkey.  More than 10.000 people have been trained by Enis on leadership and coaching. Enis holds the ICF designation of Professional Certified Coach.

Beyond work:

Being a happy partner in a marriage based on respect. Being a friend and father to my son and our dogs – Melo and Paris. Feeling free when traveling all over the world not only for fun but for the diversity and opportunity to learn. Swimming like a fish in sea (not a pool!)
