The Business Coaching Advantage Certification Program™
The Business Coaching Advantage Advanced Program is a high-intensity learning experience that enhances your coaching knowledge, approach, and skills, enabling you to coach at an even higher professional level.
Pre-requisites: Coaching Essentials and/or previous coach training and experience.
The learning in the program is organized around five distinct, yet interdependent, streams of learning.
Completing all program elements successfully earns you the Business Coaching Advantage Certified Coach™ (BCACC™) designation. It also means you are a graduate of an ICF Level 2 program and can apply for your ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) Credential.
Program Structure
The learning in the BCA Advanced is organized in two main parts – content and hands-on practice.
The program blends content with extensive hands-on practice with feedback and reflection. As you already know, what you gain from a learning opportunity like this depends on what you put into it. Moreover, your active participation helps set the stage for the level of learning of everyone in the group. Our invitation as you step into BCA Advanced is to do so fully, bringing and giving of yourself, in service of your own and other learning.
