Distilling vast amounts of information and complex concepts into simple and practical frameworks, models and tools that can support leaders and coaches. Intuitive and practical about how best to support other’s deep learning process.

A lifetime of experience working and leading and coaching in knowledge-based environments. Twenty years of coaching and coach training experience around the world. One of the first coaches to be awarded the Chartered Business Coach (ChBC™) designation by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Beyond work:

Enjoying being a life partner, mother, grandmother, and friend. Enjoying the delights of the mind through reading and reflecting and conversation.  Enjoying the senses through food, music, art and nature.

Big question:

How do we bring the best of ourselves and our experience, and blend it with who we need to be, how we need to think and the skills we need to hone, to excel as leaders/coaches?

Creating a safe place for leaders/coaches to experiment, practice, stretch thinking and take action. Dorothy provides a special blend of encouragement, pointed and thoughtful insights and practical feedback that facilitates deep self awareness, enhances “other” awareness and broadens perspective to consider the whole context in which you need to be successful.

A former executive with rich experience in coaching and developing leaders from a wide range of industries across the globe. One of the first coaches in Canada to gain the designation Master Certified Coach from the ICF and has mentored hundreds of coaches towards their professional credentials.

Beyond work:

You will find her outdoors and in motion, playing platform tennis, white water canoeing, golfing, snowshoeing, enjoying her cottage with loved ones, and travelling the world in search new  sights and sensations.

Over two decades of leadership development and executive coaching experience in both the corporate and not-for profit sector. Has designed award winning leadership and coaching programs and is faculty on C-Suite executive education programs. An ICF Professional Certified Coach and accredited Executive and Business coach.

Beyond work:

Joy in life comes from exploring culture through food, reading books by the fire with sushi, exploring development modalities to deepen self and other awareness, and most importantly being a loving partner and mother and capturing intimate moments through photography.

Carine spent 20 years leading, coaching and developing top performing Sales teams in the US and Canada, in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.  She is known for building highly motivating and collaborative social climates built on trust, communication and mutual respect.  A Business Coaching Advantage Certified Coach™, and an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF, Carine enjoys teaching and coaching leaders at all levels, and in a variety of different industries, to co-create a vision, set intentions, unpack roadblocks, leverage strengths and chart a path to success.   

Beyond work:

World traveller (35 countries and counting!), joy seeker, partner, mother and fierce friend. She loves a good adventure and feels most at peace in nature and on her yoga mat.  She is passionate about the power of education, equity, attitude and gratitude.

How does the way we think and feel influence our perspectives of reality, what is possible for ourselves, and our confidence to act?

Nearing a decade of professional coaching experience specializing in career transition and leadership coaching.  Follows her own significant transition from a successful first career in financial technology management.  Adler Certified Professional Coach and ICF Professional Certified Coach.  Applied Mindfulness Meditation Specialist, University of Toronto.

Beyond work:

Maggie is happiest hiking the Bruce Trail or swimming in any body of water, preferably accompanied by her husband and Aussie Shepherd.  On any other day she’s working on her book about the ongoing nature of career transition and opportunities to create positive change in every moment.

Big question:

How can we create a sense of inner peace and fulfilment while balancing the demands of our outer world and the systems in which we serve and lead?

Teaching strengths:

Enis’ purpose is to “touch the heart of people”. He brings his own big heart to his work with leaders and coaches and is committed to supporting them in making the mind-heart connection. He has a great sense for what a person needs to engage in deep learning, to gain awareness and insights to make change.  His presence, flexibility and trust in people and the process inspire and motivate those he touches.

Professional credibility:

Enis has nearly 20 years of leadership experience in various roles including marketing, sales, human resources, training and management. Enis’ wisdom as a leader, trainer and mentor of new coaches comes from having practical on the job learning experiences in a range of global companies in Turkey.  More than 10.000 people have been trained by Enis on leadership and coaching. Enis holds the ICF designation of Professional Certified Coach.

Beyond work:

Being a happy partner in a marriage based on respect. Being a friend and father to my son and our dogs – Melo and Paris. Feeling free when traveling all over the world not only for fun but for the diversity and opportunity to learn. Swimming like a fish in sea (not a pool!)

Big question:

If you could wave your magic wand, what would you wish for and what would be the impact if your wish came true?

Teaching strengths:

As a lifelong learner, the Joseph Joubert quote “To teach is to learn twice” resonates. Stay curious and reflect back without judgement to support the learner in uncovering deeper meaning and unleash what’s possible.

Professional credibility:

For 20 years lead learning and development teams in Professional Services and Healthcare and has a passion for helping people leaders in middle management roles work more effectively with their teams. A graduate of Business Coaching Advantage program, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) with the Institute for Performance and Learning.

Beyond work:

Preparing then lingering over meals with her three (almost adult) children, reading non-fiction and staying active at the gym and outside playing tennis, cross-country skiing and hiking.  Participating in the annual OneWalk for Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and a regular blood donor. An intentional meditation practice to support productivity and overall happiness.

Within the intertwining contexts of our personal and professional lives, how do we best show up for ourselves, and for others, to create meaningful work and life experiences? Who do we need to be and what do we need to do to bring forth the best in leadership, learning, and life?

Always known to be a connector of people, ideas, and possibilities. Eileen has a knack for bringing people together in learning environments in a way that promotes safety, engagement, and connection. Known to have an approachable, down-to-earth presence, and a compelling ‘way with words’, Eileen has a positive impact on people’s learning and growth as they expand their view of themselves, of others, and the potential for new possibilities in work and life. 

Professional credibility:

With decades of experience as an ICF-certified, Prism Award-winning coach, Eileen has worked with hundreds of people (leaders, aspiring, leaders, and others throughout the continuum of career stages). She has also worked with organizations to support leadership development that amplifies personal, professional, and organizational success and well-being. Additionally, she brings more than 25 years of professional experience in the communications arena. Having worked as a leader in PR agencies, Canadian banks, her own successful PR company, Eileen understands the complexities of work-life in many sectors within corporate and not-for-profit sectors as well as the ever-changing contexts of work in both traditional and entrepreneurial paths.

Beyond work:

Being active and connecting with nature make Eileen happy and grounded — be it noticing a tree in an urban landscape filled with birds, or taking a walk or jog in a ravine, or on a spectacular hiking adventure. She also loves animals and has been known to ‘speak cat’ in several languages. And indoors, well she is a huge tv and film buff. Mix any of those up with some good people in her life and all is good!
