I did much research and sought recommendations into the best coaching training in North America and the Business Coaching Advantage program came to the top.  So I entered the training with high expectations, and the training, facilitators, and other participants exceed all my expectations.

Since we introduced coaching at our hospital, we are seeing individuals, relationships and the hospital itself transforming. Our Coaches are experiencing more joy and meaning in their work as they give the gift of coaching to others. Our clients are growing in their confidence, courage and trust in themselves.  Our culture is shifting as excitement and hope spreads. We are sustaining the Coaching program and proving to our people that this is not a ‘flavour-of-the-month’ initiative; in fact, we are growing what we are doing and offering Coaching to anyone who is interested in growth. Transformation is a marathon, not a sprint and Coaching is a major catalyst for us to create the openness, optimism and innovation we need for the future.

I had the opportunity to take the Business Advantage Coaching Program Part 1 this past April. The course was inspiring and enhanced my skills  to be able to have a coaching conversation with anyone  and to support those individuals to be reflective and to own their own learning. Having completed the course, I saw the potential of how this coaching model could be of benefit to our principals and vice principals within Thames Valley District School Board to give them the skills and confidence as they work with the staff in their schools. It aligns  with our Board Strategic Priorities and our current leadership direction. We are very excited to have entered into a partnership with PeopleDynamics Learning Group and have created the Coaching Advantage for Leaders Program to support our newly appointed principals and vice principals. We are looking forward to rolling this out to all our leaders within the organization over time.

To standardize a proven coaching methodology, we feel privileged to collaborate with the team at PeopleDynamics Learning Group to develop and introduce the Coaching Advantage for Leaders Program™ (based on their accredited Business Coaching Advantage Certification Program™).    Interest in this program has grown organically and rapidly.   We are now preparing to launch our third successive cohort of leaders eager to look for new ways to engage their teams, to encourage initiative-taking, and to enhance the quality of their conversations.

In the mist of leading through our transformation, coaching has certainly elevated my practice in ways that have made me feel both enlightened and empowered to engage in a VUCA world. It is humbling to see just what people are capable of achieving when we work together with mutual purpose and an ASPIRING mindset.
